want to apply spouse visa need info about Require Documents

hello,
i got British passport in OCT 2017. i got this on behalf of my 10 year stay in uk. im self employed and running limited company. i earning more then 22K. also i have saving account which have more then 22K from last 7 month.
i want to apply Spouse Visa for my Wife. She's in back home in Pakistan. i want to know what DOCUMENTS do i need for HER Visa so i can Arrange apply.

Do she need Language Test if yes which one as she's coming here to join me not for study.
