Help to find out correct application for

Dear moderators and expertise
My wife has completed lawfully 10 years. And I have ILR granted September 2018. She has granted 30 months visa Sep 2018.
She intended to apply for ILR. Why form does she need to filled?
ILR LR or ILR M
Please advise. Thank you

Under which category is her current visa?
(Casa, not CR001)

Dear Casa
Thank you for your kind reply, she has got Leave to remain ten year partner route.(04/09/2018-04/03/2021)
And 13 July 2018 she completed 10 years.
