Maintenance fund for PBS dependant's ILR-please help

Post by milansathya » Sat Oct 13, 2018 2:18 am

Hi,

I am on Tier 2 General visa and just got the ILR after the 5 year qualifying period. My wife will complete her 5 year qualifying period shortly under Tier 2 General dependant visa and can apply for ILR next month by herself. Could you tell me whether it is ok for her to show my Bank account for the past 3 months for the Maintenance funds (ie £630 for 90 days). We don't have a joint account. Also whether she need to present her 3 month bank statement even though it doesn't have the required money along with my Bank statements?

Thanks,
sam

Click on Appendix E for details. Using your account should be okay.

From my understanding, there is no maintenance fund requirement for Tier 2 dependent to ILR as in your case

Can you please help me on below. I am in difficulty because of the withdrawal of paper form.
I am going for a premium appointment for ILR next week. I was searching the latest paper form to fill but it says it's not available. My questions are;
(1) Can I use the SET(O) Version 7/18 which I found in the archive http://webarchive.nationalarchives.gov. ... -form-seto
(2) Is SET(O) version 7/18 is the latest paper form.
(3) I think as I already paid for the premium appointment which is next week I cannot use the online SET(O) online form as it required me to pay at the end. please tell me if this is correct?

Thank you so much,

Sathian (Sam)

Yes, version 07/18 was the last paper version. All those who have booked the premium appointment are allowed to use the paper form. Obviously, there is no other way. so yes, you can use the paper form and go for your appointment next week.
