Specialist Level Work Experience

Hi Guys,

I am new to this forum and looking for advice.

I am all set to apply for HSMP. I am 26 and have around 4 Years 10 months of experience in IT and I have have been working as a specialist for about 23 months. I have arranged reference letters as well as the Organisation Chart to support my claim.

I am bit confused about years of experience needed to claim specialist role points. I should have a total of atleast four years of experience which includes specialist role or I should have 4 years experience plus atleast 1 year of experience in a specialist role.

Please Help.

My understanding is 4 years which includes one year of specialist work.
