Will 10 years be broken?

Post by adeelishaq786 » Wed Nov 07, 2018 1:39 am

Hi,
Apologies i do not remember exact dates right now, I have question related my wife 10 years lawful residency, below is a bit history:

1. wife arrived dec 2009 she had valid leave until refused in june 2016
2. After refusal, we then applied for FLR M within 28 days rule in June 2016 (out of time)
3. In Oct 2016, varied FLR M to FLR FP
4. In April 2018, her application got approved under EX.1

So just wanna confirm, as her application eventually got granted at the end, is her leave stay lawful from 2009 till today? She been granted 30 Months LTR
