SET M - 4 Weekly pay

Good evening,
I just have a quick question - we have a our premium service appointment next week for my husband's SET M application.

He gets paid 4 weekly and I have included the wage slips below - is this enough to cover the required period ?

14/09
12/10
09/11

Also I'm I required to make a copy of my application and supporting documents ?

yes is enough but dont forget the bank statement showing the wages payment the 7 payslips, and for copy yes all documents but not the form
