Using the online Set (O) form, I have selected not taken over an existing business for sure and still it appeared in the given checklist by UKVI...

Like I mentioned earlier the good thing about this is this that it gives you a whole list which is needed by the UKVI for the application.

List is as follows:

Companies House documentation to demonstrate your registration
Life in the UK Test pass notification
Other evidence of reasons for absences from the UK
Employee Payment Records, original HM Revenue & Customs P45 or P46.
For directors of a company - a printout from Companies House of the company's filing history page and of a Current Appointment Report to show that you are/were a director of each business for the period
Real Time-Full Payment Submissions
The degree certificate to prove the level of English language required
Evidence of immigration status in the UK
Declaration signed by you to confirm consent for the Home Office to request verification checks
Current Biometric Residence Permit
Documentation to prove the employee was a settled worker for example, the biometric page
of a British passport showing the employee's photograph and personal details
Letter from an accountant confirming the job creation.

I ran a dummy application yesterday and the check list documents I got on the online form did NOT include the accountant letter (given I have not taken over a business). So it is an optional document for someone who has not joined an existing business.

Yes i agree but there is no question to answer if you have taken over an existing business or not but i agree that its not mandatory.

Also is bank status letter compulsory with the application?? It advises that I am the sole director of the business since registration and i have an active account with the bank...

Its not in the checklist anyway! -_-

According to the guidance business bank statement/bank letter is mandatory to prove business activity. Although I also noted that the check list misses it.

In the end we have to follow the guidance not the form itself. The online form is very new and cant be trusted.

Bank did not provided me the 90 days bank statement... they printed my last 3 months statement and stamped them in the branch but the last date on it was around 20th of Oct...

I have received the bank letter today as I ordered quite a long time ago but thankfully it has the date of 5th of November...

Do you think I should post it to the UKVI to support my file??? or will the statement be enough?

There is no requirement for 90 days of business statements. Only 1 month statement would do also. And there is no requirement for the latest statement.
The business statement is just to prove that your company has a UK bank account.
I dont think you need to send anything more as you have already sent 3 months statement (optional that was) so your good.
