Help Requested Question D8 Tier 1 General version 02/2008

I am about to complete my 4 years on the HSMP visa and am in the process of sending Tier 1 form.

I am stuck on one particular question which is D8.

Please provide details of the journey, including where the applicant travelled from, ticket booking / reference number, transport operator.

I don't have the ticket booking reference number simply because this was 4 years ago and I was not aware of the fact that I need to keep it.

Can any one suggest anything, please.

you don't need to fill this information if you are sending the Passport along with application.

Are either the applicant’s current and/or any one of their previous passports or travel documents unavailable?
