Need advice on Dependent visa

Dear Guru's and Experts
My wife came to UK as a tier1 entrepreneur dependent in 2014. We had two children, both born in UK. 1st child born oct 15. now both are British citizens.
we applied for tier1 extension in 2017 and varied my application to 10 years route and got my ILR feb 2018, My wife visa varied to FLR(FP) due to less income and again varied to FLR(M). both income 30k self employed

Her visa granted for 30 months under the 10 years partner route under paragraph R-LTRP.1.1(a) (b) of Appendix FM as you are not meeting the financial requirements of £18,600.

you cannot appeal this decision.

my question is

1) Now what is her visa status? FLR(M) or FLR(FP)
2)after 1st child 7 yeas is she eligible for ILR ?
3) when she is eligible for ILR?

1. FLR(FP) 10 year route.

2. No.

3. Once she has 10 years long residence and meets the requirements.

1) Is my wife eligible for ILR in may 2024?
she was planning to stay Outside UK for long term
2) how long she can stay outside UK?

3) can she stay 3 months outside UK , 10 day in UK and 3 months outside UK, 10 days in UK for 2 years?

For long residence ILR there is an absence limit if 540 days in the whole 10 years.
