ILR and few documents from first 4 months

Post by momer79 » Tue May 27, 2008 5:16 pm

Hi, did anyone get ILR after having few documents of first 3-4 months?

I was living in share accomodation and all bills were included in my rent. I only have few documents to show from first 4 months and i am wondering it might create trouble in getting ILR. Since i moved to my own accomodation, i have all documents. Its just first 4 months.

I have FLR(M) and i will be applying for ILR in Oct 2008.

From first four months , i can show complete bank statements and letter from landlord stating that me and my wife were living here. I might have NHS card and my old employer reference letter.

Any advise would be very helpful.

hi,

my first 4 months were a bit weak also in both names...but i had stuff in my name (which is better than nothing)

I was a little worried too...but it went through ok and my wife got her ILR.

Hi Shaffi,

Thanks for your reply on my post. Yesterday i checked my documents and from first 4 months i can show

1. Bank statements (sperate on my and my wife name - not joint)
2. P60 form on my wife's name and our address.
3. I think two crosspondence letters on my wife's name
4. I have my mobile phone bills but not sure if home office can accept it?

Do you think it will sufficient?
