HSMP Follow up

Dear all,

I am Dinesh From India. I have been Given HSMP Visa While I was working from INDIA. I got HSMP before 6 months. and I still have to be in INDIA for another 6 months. So 1 year of my HSMP is going to be in INIDA.

Now Can you please tell me if it effects something if i have to come over after 6 months from now? should I inform the Emessy?? Please let me know. Many thanks in Advance!!

It will affect your chances of extension because you will be required to provide evidence of income in UK for 12 months in the 15 month window preceeding your extension application.

plus it would also affect your chances of applying for ILR after 5 years of your stay in UK, ofcourse provided the eligibility criteria for ILR has not changed by then.
