Tier 1 Ent to ILR

Hi All

I am asking this question behalf of my frnd's.

My friend got Tier 1 Extension on july 2017 and his going for ILR In 2019 july.

He got 2 full time Employees working for him one of them is British citizen another one is having a polish passport so my friend query is Can he still claim the points for employment creation ?
Does it have any Impact of brexit?

Brexit has not happened yet so it is impossible to say what the impact will be.

However, I doubt if they will change the rules for existing applications.
