ILR dependent and U.K. Born child

1) I recently got Ilr visa. But my child born in Uk and currently living in India.

My question is do I need to apply citizenship compulsory or can I bring him as ilr dependent. Because naturalization processn taking 8--9 months.

What is the immigration status of the other parent??

Children are REGISTERED as British not naturalised, which is for adults and it does not take '8-9 months'.
