Sudden salary rise

Post by waelayoub » Wed Nov 14, 2018 8:51 am

Hi All,
I'm now getting closer and closer to my ILR appointment on 23/11/2018. Just want to double check if everything is fine regarding my Salary rise. I was promoted on 01/10/2018 and got a 10k rise, also my employer increased the working hours from 37.5 to 40 a week. Will this affect my application even if I'm exempted because my job is on the shortage occupation list?

Thankd all in advance.

Has your SOC changed with the promotion?

Has everything, hours and salary increase been reported on the sms system?

Hi CR001

Thank you very much for responding.

No, job title still the same.

I asked my HR advisor if he reported changes but still waiting for an answer. If he hasn't then would it be a problem if he reports them late?

Hi CR001,

I spoke to my HR and unfortunately he didn't report changes, he will do that by tomorrow. Is my application going to be at risk?

Thanks,
