I am ready to apply for PR after having retained right for 1 year, do I need my ex-wife original ID/passport or certified copy can work also

better to include it in the file , if you cannot , explain why on cover letter or ,chat ,emails with your ex ,
some cases they got PR without ex id and some had to go for appeals and get PR there ,
I dont know the basis , caseworkers moods maybe ...

Please I need help about what Ho will send to me after I won my appeal.
Because I apply for retain right of residence but my 5year expired last year September 2018.But I won my appeal this month.
I want to know if they will send another 5year or permanent residence.
