Yes, if you meet all the requirements for ILR.My question is, am i still eligible for ilr application ..
No.does it even matter how many times the visa was extended in the period of 5 years ?
It is 180 days in ANY 12 month rolling period.2) continous period of living in uk for 5 years , in none of the year i have been out of country for more than 180 days.
There is no specific Tier 2 ILR thread but there are many topics of individual members.
No.can she apply for ilr as well
Yesdoes she have to wait for another year ?
Assuming she has a PBS Dependent visa, she can remain on her current visa or extend it if required, until she meets the ILR requirements.what will be her status ?
I had paid a fine of 80 gbp for litter charges to a council around 1.5 years back , which i paid off immediately and there was no letter or anything issued after ward. In my last visa extension , i had mentioned no because i wasn't sure about it, but it was approved .At any time have you ever had any of the following,
A caution, warning, reprimand or other penalty
