Hi groot05,
I applied online on 2nd of September
Biometric Done: 3rd September
Documents Sent: 3rd September
Then I got an emergency to travel home, so I started emailing the Premium Service Team since 19th of September for the upgrade and finally my request was excepted on 27th of September.
As I didn't get any further update I tried to email them few times but didn't get any reply. I called the home office general query team. They couldn't tell me anything. This is so draining mentally, I just want to get an update what's really happening?
