Can a person travel with stamp 6 (irish citizen) on their non eu passport along with copy of naturalisation certificate
without a re entry visa if their irish passport has not been issued yet?
Travelling to third country like India, Pakistan Bangladesh.
Obviously you won’t have a problem at Irish port cos your irish citizen they can check that but Will there be a problem when returning to Ireland with airline or immigration in home country?
As far as I know, once you attended the ceremony and taken the oath you are legally an Irish national, but not before e.g. only acceptance without ceremony/oath don't count.
As you said, there won't be an issue leaving Ireland or entering back with the certificate. The real problem will be to convince the airline/immigration staff at your home country that the stamp 6 and naturalization certificate entitles you a visa-free entry into Ireland. That is a tricky bit as it depends a lot of the person at the other side of the counter and what is his/her judgment or verdict. If the stamp 6 endorsement on the passport, does say the wordings like "holder of this stamp is entitled a visa-free entry to Ireland" or similar wordings then you might have a luck.
