Email from HO , Please Help

Hi Archer1, i am not sure if you are still using this forum given that you already had your good news. I wonder what did you send to HO after the 3rd email and got the 4th email reply? I am in the same situation as i got the same reply as your 3rd email on 31th October (5 days after your 3rd email on 25th Oct). However my follow up emails didn’t get any further reply. The only reply that i had was at the beginning of Nov, they said:i can only reitterate that “a communication letter will be posted to you and it will take up to three weeks”.

Seems i am a bit stuck and not sure if i should follow up another email today...

Communication will be posted to you , that means you have to wait for 21 days, if I am not mistaken but it will reach you by 15 days roughly. Wish you good luck mate. I am at work right now when will come home will state all my emails in date order and their replies.

Not at all.. Still waiting. Checking my mailbox daily like a child waiting for a Christmas present. This is now 10 days they said a communication will be sent to me and it will take 3 weeks to receive. I have not checked my mailbox this morning though. I am tired

I applied same date with you August 24th so just curious why our applications has taken so long given august timeline our application is delayed. Just hoping and praying

May be it's got something to do with our country of origin. I have no clue why mine is delayed as well as yours. Even though they said a communication will be sent to me when i emaled them last week monday. I will email again tommorrow to understand whats going on. I am tired of waiting. My friends who applied after me have all gotten approvals

I don't think country of origin is the issue, some of my mate from our country got their decision within 4 weeks. well, i will email them this morning. I will update you of their response. thanks

I have emailed them again this morning. I email them every 12 days. May be i will get a different reply from the one i got that "a letter will be sent to me and it could take 3 weeks to arrive". I dont think this means a decision ahve been made though. I will update you too once i get a reply from them.

No, it was normal 2nd class delivery a brown envelope A5 size.

Twice a week , most likely on Monday and by Friday , this way you will get updated about the progress if you are getting different replies.

I have received an email saying the decision on my application was made and a letter was sent on 6th November, they said it could take up to 10 working days to receive it... I don't really understand why it takes so long, not even 2nd class deliveries take that long...!! I'm almost coming to the 10th Working day and I haven't received any letter yet!!

Anyone know how long it takes for the B1 English qualifications to be sent out? I need it to arrive the latest on Friday, my test is on Tuesday. I also paid for the enhanced delivery. How long did it take for your certificate to arrive guys?

They only got the certificate today. Sent them prepaid special delivery envelope as well. Hopefully hear back soon from them. Gonna email them within like 10 days if no reply till then

Got an email back today;

Thank you, the letter was datted 25th Oct.2018 and was received on 3rd Nov.2018. My experience is like, It could take up to 10 - 15 days including weekends.Your good news is on the way and soon you will have it and I guess you will have it tomorrow if not then on Monday. just keep an eye on your posts normally between 11:00am - 12:00 day time.
