Try a different PC, if that doesnt work then maybe their advise is the best and re-do application again

Yes i paid it as a part of the online application yesterday but it didn't turn on green and I can't go to the next stage of paying the visa fee however I got from the the confirmation email

Hello its me again ... I hope you are all ok .. I have a problem and I want some help please...
My problem is .. I applied online on 29/10/2018 and for some reason a problem happened in the payment of the ihs so I called them and emailed them then they solved it on 02/11/2018 when i complete my application and submitted it and I paid priority too ... on 14 of November I got an email to pay the ihs (ihs payment needed) or they will refuse my application on 21/11/2018 so I emailed them back with all the proof that I already paid my ihs I sent the email of worldpay and the email of PayPal confirming the transaction and their email confirming my ihs number .... then in the 16/11/2018 they sent me another email saying that they're in the process of refunding me while I didn't demand any refund I called them back and emailed explaining again the misunderstood from their end ... I didn't get any reply and now i am worried if they refuse my app this Wednesday 21 Nov... I don't know exactly what to do ... and even neither me nor my wife can pay the ihs again ???


Any help or advice would be appreciated
