URGENT FLR(M) EXTENSION ONLINE APPLICATION/PAPER FORM AT PSC

Dear All,

I have booked PSC on 26th Nov 2018 for FLR(M) Extension.
Can i still use FLR(M) paper form version 11/2018 at PSC ? because it says on the form if you are not requesting a fee waiver you must apply online.
On the online form its asking me the following questions:
1: Have you been out of the UK since you started living here ? if yes reason( i have travelled to 4 countries for
holidays and non of the trips were more then 1 month so do I need to complete this?)
2: Have you previously lived in a country outside the UK including your country of birth?
3: Reason you lived there ?
4: If you were required to leave the UK, what country would you go to?
5: Are there any factors which would make it difficult or impossible for you to integrate and establish a
private life in that country?
6: Do you own or rent your home? my partner owns house and we live together but it only gives option that I
own - so what would you suggest?
7: Would any of your other family members be affected if your application was refused?
8: Do you have any other reasons for wanting to stay in the UK?

Also I have already made the payment for the PSC appointment and the application so on the payment page of the online application will let me select an option that I have already paid.

Please could anyone assist me with the answers to some or all of the above.

Sorry my appointment is at PSC on 27 Nov 2018 not on 26 NOV 2018 just wanted to confirm that the new FLR(M) form came out on 05 Nov 2018 and it say in the Paragraph 34 of immigration rules that the applicant can not use old form if applying more than 21 days since the old form has gone out of date.

Please confirm what form i should use.

I couldn’t find anywhere that I can still use the old Flrm papers form version 07/2018.Would u plz confirm on that basis u r suggesting that I can use the flrm form version 07/2018.

Actually I was confused coz did not find anywhere that I can use the old Flrm form even though I have spoken to some solicitors they were more interesting to cash me then answering my issue.i emailed the home office and they confirmed that I can use old form.
Yesterday I went for PSC appointment and it was successful.
