Asylum Further Submission

Hi All

I hope everyone is fine.

I need to get advice pls about my case.I claim in 2017 and refused in Nov 2017 and appeal rights exausted. I have made further submission in Oct 2018 based on protection and human right basis.

Still I do not receive any response from home office.I don't know how long they will take to process my case.

my basic reason to come on this forum to get advice as i came Uk on tier 4 dependent visa but due to some issues back home i claim asylum in 2016 and my current leave still valid till 2019 and i m on same conditions as per my current leave till it expires but i am so confuse now what to do as i submit further submisson which is still pending
Would i also able to make any other application before expiry of current leave as i have famiy here with uk born baby.

Please any advice much appreciated.
