Tier -2 Dependent Visa Extension

Hi,

I recently received my ILR (completed 5 years on Tier 2 General). My Wife and Son are still on Tier 2 dependent visa as the visa valid until June 2019. My wife completed 3 years in UK as Tier 2 dependent and still need 2 years for ILR eligibility.

I am still with the same employer so Can I extend her Visa before June 2019?
If I change the employer then when I should apply for her Visa?

Their visas are NOT dependent on your job with your now not relevant sponsor. Their visas are dependent on YOU.

You are free to change jobs and it will have NO effect on their extension.
