Not really.. what if the partner is a naturalised citizen..arsenal16 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 20, 2018 12:37 amWhat a ridiculous form:
What is your partner's basis for living in the UK? BRITISH CITIZEN
How long have they had British citizenship? SINCE BIRTH
Then a few questions later....
How long has your partner lived in the UK? I ALREADY ANSWERED THAT PREVIOUSLY, SINCE BIRTH!!!
arsenal16 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 20, 2018 12:28 amHi all, i've used this forum many times for answers to questions and usually, i have always found the answer but can't this time.
My situation:
- British citizen by birth with 2 young british children
- Married to indian wife since 2008 and still together, so previous 5x FLR-M applications I didn't have to provide proof of income as we fell under the pre 2012 rules.
She has finally passed LIUK test so we can apply for ILR which i'm having some issues with:
Q1: For my income details, it asks if i get paid monthly, weekly etc. It then asks for net pay. Does this mean net pay for the period i have selected (for example monthly)? Or net pay for the whole year?
My problem is this - i am the director of a limited company so whilst my regular PAYE net pay is low, my overall income with dividends is high. I cannot find anywhere that i can include this extra income.
My income meets all requirements so that is not an issue, i just can't work out where to enter it.
Q2: 'List all the times you've been out of the uk' do i really have to do this for every holiday we've had in the last 10 years?
Sorry I was meant to quote you, I dont know how to edit my previous post!R-graphite wrote: ↑Tue Nov 20, 2018 9:58 amHi I thought they care about gross salary not net pay? I really appreciate it if you can breakdown the questions regarding this part. Are you applying theought SET(M)?

If you’ve gone through the online form for SET(M) can you please tell me if they ask about Net Pay or Gross salary pay before tax and NI.
Many thanks
