On October 1 we received a letter, dated September 21, asking us to submit further evidence (e.g. school reports, doctor's appointments) for our kid born in Switzerland, as well as the birth certificate for my wife who was born to Swiss parents but outside the EU/EAA. We submitted these documents by tracked and signed mail on October 2, the Home Office received them on October 3.
