I have heard that, with effect from 1st October 2004, Netherlands has a new scheme for skilled professionals for faster processing of work/resident permits for citizens of Non-EU nations.

I have a job offer from a European firm based in Netherlands. What is the exact procedure and processing time?

Would appreciate more info about similar experience.
