Driving Penalty on ILR applcation

Hello,

I will be soon applying my ILR application, I have got a driving penalty for over speeding for which I have received 3 point on my full UK driving licence also I have paid the £100 fine on time. So will this issue have any impact on my ILR application. Also do I need to mention this offence in my ILR application.
Please advice .....

It will NOT. Only if you get court conviction then it will impact your ILR.

Were you summoned to court for that ?
