FLR(M) , ILR, more than 6 months

Hi there,

My wife has got 2nd time FLR(M) extension in October and now she is in India at the moment. Can she stay there for more than 6 months?. Will there be any issues for her ILR?. Myself and my kids are British.

There is no absence limit for spouse visa holders.
