Tier 1 Ent ILR application while dependants away

I'm going to apply tier 1 ent ILR in end of feb 2019.
My wife and baby are traveling abroad from 18 Jan to 10 Mar 2019. Will they face any kind of questioning at airport when returning from holiday.?

Coz my visa category might change at that time( i mean ILR).

No. Dependents of a PBS migrant who was granted ILR can remain under PBS dependant route without any issues

Can we apply Tier 1 Ent ILR application through premium service ( 24 hrs decision )?

You should in fact apply for ILR online and submit the documents via the UKVCAS service centers, however I do not know of a 24 hour service as I am not familiar with what they are offering at the moment

There is no 24 hour service, just the standard service for Tier 1
