TIER 2 : Documents needed to send to VFS

Post by rockstar19 » Mon Nov 26, 2018 2:15 am

Hi Guys,

I have question regarding documents that are required to send to VFS.

I am applying for a tier -2 visa (employee sponsored : Shortage occuaption)

I paid visa fee and scheduled appointment for biometrics as well.

I have accessed my English language proficiency from UK NARIC, and I got Statement of Comparability and English Language Proficiency Statement(which says C1).

So my question is are these two statements from UK NARIC are enough or still I need to send a a letter from the academic institution that awarded the qualification stating that Medium of instruction is english (as I don't have this now.)

I am confused . Please help :(

If your on Tier 2 General sponsorship your mostly need to submit your
1. COS (certification of sponsorship )/an Offer letter
2. Your Passport with at least 6 months validity and 4 minimum pages empty
3. Passport sized photo of blue and white Bg.
4. DD that status the VFS charges.

Do try to contact with xxxxxxx for info of UK Tier 2 general sponsorship.

If you have a degree completed in English or undertaken in a country where English is
the main language, you can meet the requirement by providing your original academic
certificate of award. If your degree was not taught in a majority English speaking country
and is not listed on our points calculator, you must provide:
• an original letter and/or certificate from UK NARIC confirming the equivalent level of
your degree course; and
• a letter from the academic institution that awarded the qualification.

So should I submit the letter from the academic institution even if I have English Language Proficiency statement from UK NARIC.
