Hi

Just seen a reply from premium upgrade service which is now closed from 22 November 2018.

It also suggest that, to get faster reply you should apply online.

hope this helps

I had an email this morning from DX that my BRP is on route to me today.
My payment for Postal to premium upgrade was taken on the 20th. I hope this gives hope to everyone waiting for theirs. All the best.

Online and sent documents via post. I tried a few times to upgrade to premium, but no response - gave up.
