Transitional HSMP Documents List .. Appying from UK

Hi Friends,

I am planning under HSMP transitional arrangement in another couple of days. I have received my initial application on March 13th.

I want to know the list of documents to be submitted if I apply from UK. I have browsed a lot in this forum to find the list, I could find all the posting if one apply from India only, none from UK.

Please let me know the documents to be submitted apart from the list mentioned below.

1) HSMP Approval Letter
2) Documents submitted to get approval letter
2) Maintenance Fund - bank statement showing balance is above 800 for last one month
3) Proof of residence - Utility Bills
4) Last Month Payslip
5) Photograph
6) Passport + Work Permit Copy.

Thanks a lot mpunaskar .. Do you feel even Work permit is not required? as in the application form it is mentioned all travel document needs to be submitted..
Also I have one more query .. so far I have 3 passport s.. out of which I have only used 2 passport for travel. I dont the first passport(the one which I have not travelled) .. Is it necessary I need to submit all the three passport?

Work permit is not a travel document.Its a piece of paper issued by home office that allows you to work in uk for certain employer.

Also I have one more query .. so far I have 3 passport s.. out of which I have only used 2 passport for travel. I dont the first passport(the one which I have not travelled) .. Is it necessary I need to submit all the three passport?

Application form clearly says send ALL passports. Don't ask yourself lots of questions

only option I have is to metion the first passport was returned back to authority and not received back.. let me c whether it will work or not..
