Citizenship+passport service available thru new service?

I am about to lodge my form and was told I could do JCAP, but the centres are all closing this friday.
Can I do it thru the new service?
I can't find any info on that.

You cannot apply for JCAP/both with the new service.

I have no more information that everyone else trying to work it out. Based my above response on the handful of members that have applied using the service.
