Dependent of an ILR holder

Post by mandysontakke » Thu Nov 29, 2018 1:21 am

Hi,

I recently got my ILR through the 5 year route. My wife has been in the UK since March 2014 on Tier 2 General dependent visa. She completes 5 years in March 2019, however her current Tier 2 visa expires on 29th December, 2018. Can we apply for ILR in December? If not then what are the options that we have? What form do we need to fill up?

Thanking in advance.

Regards,
MaS.
