FLR FP interview (Toeic test) 10 years route as a parent

Post by Fadi12345 » Tue Nov 27, 2018 7:53 pm

Hi there I am also in the same boat.
I have used toeic test back in 2013 in tiar 4 application.

Last year I submitted an application (FLRFP) as a parent of British Child, and right after one year of long wait I recived a letter from the home office saying that I need to attend an interview which is tomorrow.

Can anybody tell me what's my chances are ?
Its been nearly 6 six years since I did toeic.

I don't remember much about it

Just be calm and say the truth. The child should assist the case.

Thanks for your reply

I was interviewed today where she asked me few questions regarding toeic which I took back in 2013.
I responded most of her questions but not sure what will be the outcome.

I am going through very tough time as i am restricted to work. Got another child on way which is due in March.

I am an absolutely destitute..

Hi Fadi

What questions have they asked and how long the interview was? Good luck, things will be better soon.

She asked general question about toiec test e.g
What was your college name?
Why did you choose this test?
Why didn't you do ielts?
What's toeic?
How long did speaking last ?
How long did writing last?
How long did reading and listening last?
How did you book it? And how much money did you pay?
Have you ever done an English course before etc etc.
Our conversation last for 25 mins

Hi Shawon

Please can you share what questions home office rep has asked. What your barrister is expecting. They can anticipate.
