Just posting the same post twice won't help I guess.Roja1 wrote: ↑Sat Dec 01, 2018 10:26 pmHi I'm from Bangladesh.i came here by spouse visa but unfortunately because of domestic violence my relationship broke down after 1 year 3 months.my colleagues helped me to call police.and police had driven me to a refuse.i just told to my gp about my situation.unfortunately I don't have any physical proof.that time I used to share with my doctor and colleagues.now I've submitted my ilr application but it's been 3 and half months.. still no reply..can anyone suggest me why it is taking so long or what would be the answer.. thanks in advance.i don't have any evidence because they used to check my mobile and leptop..
Likely an error in posting twice or pure desperation due to their DV circumstances.
Please CR001 guide her if she can/should involve local MP
If course she can. However ILR DV cases generally take months to be processed.
