I need some help regarding switching visa from Tier 2 ICT Staff migrant to Tier 2 ICT staff partner.
Is it possible to switch from Tier 2 ICT Staff migrant to Tier 2 ICT staff partner? If yes, can this be done within UK or do i need to go back to home country?
