About tenancy agreement

Hi I want to apply my son's visa .I lost my tenancy agreement housing association send me a copy .I ask them no objection letter as well. can someone help me what will be good for me.or what I should do.property is 2 bedroom flat. Me ,my wife and three years old daughter lives there. My son is 5 years old.thanks.

You already have enough. No need to do property inspection report but you can if you want to.

If the copy bears housing association stamp then should be fine.

Dear members and moderators i want apply my son's settlement visa . I got ILR. But my wife is on spouse visa her visa expires at 20/02/2020. Only 10 months left.i got two questions.1 is my son get 10 months visa or 2.5 years. No 2 how much IHS I have to pay .£1200 or only for ten months.how much if it's for less than 10 months. Many thanks.

1. Visa in line with wife's visa, so likely 10 months.

2. Likely for 10 months. £400.

Please can someone help me on my two questions. No 1: after how many weeks I will receive email or a letter from case worker to pay IHS. After applying online. No 2: can we submit TB medical certificate with biometric fingerprint paperwork or we should send here with other supporting documents. Many thanks.
