Slaam. Just wanted to ask if my employer was to sort my payslip out that had a error on could i send the payslip over to HO i applied on 07.11.18 and BIOMETRICS took on 13.11.18 any suggestions ? Thanks

So if i was to send payslip do i just send the 1 eith error that was made and state the error has been corrected by employer as they was on maternity before?

You can do. Would make case stronger if a letter from employer was included too saying they now fixed the error.

I might sound stupid... but when u receive the email stating your application is being prepared for consideration by an ECO what does this mean?

Thats Mean Exactly what you wrote.

Means Entry Clearance Officer gonna check you documents and will take Decision ( In Sha Allah ..Approve )

Preparing means docs are getting prepared for an eco to look at. ECO look at docs electronically on a PC. Being prepared doesn't mean the ECO is looking at it immediately.

You will more likely be given status as in progress. You can use your online application reference number.

Yes. There is form you fill up when emailing them it asks you for all the info they need to check your application

So i emailed ukvi 11.12.18 (today) regarding my hubbys application status at 16:25, Alhamdulillah i got a reply on 11.12.18 (today) at 16:48.

They replied saying...; , I can confirm that your application is being considered and is currently awaiting a decision

Does this mean they are still looking at papers and making a decision or just awaiting a decision...? Would be a help if anyone can help JZK.

The processed visa application for GWFXXXXX was received on 12/14/18.

What does this mean as alot of my hubbys friends who have come to uk on spouse visa are saying they received this text when their passport was ready to collect.....???:/

Either you typed incomplete or you received incomplete text because its not yet indicating passport collection. Maybe you will get soon.

Someone stated on here it means ready for collection..? And you stated it doesn't however ive spoken to my solicitor n he said it means decision has been made n he eill get a call when its ready to collect..

We applied for the spouse settlement visa 2.5 years for hubby. 

Online application: 07.11.18 PIORTY visa

Biometrics appointment: 13.11.18 
Sms send to hubby 'application forwarded to ukvi'

Supporting documents sent to sheffield: 15.11.18

Recived at sheffield: NA

Sponsor contacted: NA

Employer contacted: NA

We emailed ukvi for a status update on 11.12.18 they stated it is awaiting decsision

Sms sent to hubby: 14.12.18 passport ready for collection

Collection made: 17.12.18
ALHAMDULILLAH VISA GRANTED

24 WORKING DAYS

people say you need your payslips signed if they are on normal a4 paper in this case you do NOT mine were not signed.. also my payslips had a slight error however my employer wouldn't state this on the letter and my solicitor stated it in their letter. I am indeed very lucky to have my hubbys visa approved. I pray everyone awaiting gets a positive reply InShaAllah.
