Re: Concern regarding payslip

Post by dhamphiir » Sun Dec 02, 2018 10:59 pm

My Solicitor have submitted Online form and I bave paid for visa fee and IHS. After seeing the what was written on online form, I saw there was postcode mistake (one alphabet was mistake) on section 51 under Spouse Address Detail. But in the both section of 20 and 79, both full address with postcode is correct.

I know after submitting, I can correct or edit them. Will it make any difference or not, if one section post code is incorrect?

Just correct it with a pen on the printed application form that you will send to Sheffield

When correcting, does my wife has to sign there and write date of correction date? She is going to sumbit only Online application form and her passport and she will do biometric at VFS in Nepal.
I am going to sumbit document and other supporting document to Sheffield here from England.

Can she use black or blue pen to correct it?

That sounds wrong. Your wife only submits passport and bio data in Nepal. If she sends application from nepal to Sheffield and then you also send your stuff to Sheffield, you will have two bundles and it will cause major issues.

When correcting mistake just cross over and make correction no need to sign and date

Make sure you only send once to Sheffield!

I got email saying that my wife needs to take passport, copies of passport, passport size photo, Print out of my wife appointment confirmation and print out of my wife visa application form (signed and dated)
So, she only has to show printed online application form at VFS?

In my bank app, I can login in online and download the PDF's and print it out bank statement and they look the same as what the bank would send.
A. Can I just print out those bank statement and do they count as original?
B. If no to above A question, then I have to get stamped from my bank branch or letter from my bank.

I have got my 5 month bank statement from bank via post. I will get my last bank statement at the end of second week, which will be very late for me.

Simply visit the branch and ask them the printout of your latest 6th month bank statements. Don't send the application without ensuring that they cover 6 months. Sending another extra one month bank statement is also a good option to avoid any miscalculation.

I have got bank statement via post at my home address from 09/06/2018 to 01/11/2018 which has covered 5 month of bank statement as I get paid at the end of month.
So, for last month then I will visit bank branch and I will them to printout.

Is it best to print last 3 month statement or just 1 month statement?

Online application form

Post by dhamphiir » Tue Dec 04, 2018 2:43 pm

My wife has biometric appointment tomorrow, when I check all the detail, there was mistake on my mother in law name.
My solicitor wrote both first name and middle name together where there should be space between first and middle name.

Can my wife make correction before going to biometric appointment? Will it be alright after correction or it will make affect on visa application.

Make the correction on the printed application form by hand before you send it with your bundle to Sheffield

Thank you Londoner007 and seagul.
I will tell my wife to make correction on printed application.

I have one more question does Home Office check and calculate total gross pay TD or not? There is £159.75 difference on total gross pay TD on last (November) month. Will it affect spouse visa and lead to refusal?
Both the amount on my payslip and I got paid by company in the bank are same on all 6 months

No - for CAT A they take lowest amount on from your 6 payslips and multiply by 6 or 12 to see if it reaches at least £9,300 and £18,600 respectively.

I went to my bank branch to printout my last bank statement. Bank staff did printout bank statement in black and white color and they have stamped. On the stamp, it has bank name, branch name and number and today’s date.
Is it sufficient for applying for spouse visa? Or do I need signature or letter from manager?
