Dependent Visa Entry Clearance Query

Post by HSMP_2007 » Mon Jun 02, 2008 2:20 pm

All,

Recently we have applied for HSMP tier1- EC for dependents(wife & kid) from india and it has been approved.

Due to my personal reason i am not able bring the family and they will be staying some more time in india but is it any issue if they travel after 2 or 3 months ?
or
is it any time limit within that we have to travel etc ?

Regards

It should be alright (1.3). However, keep in mind the requirements needed for dependants when applying for settlement.

Wont be a problem at all. But as suggested, dont drag it too much.
As per the guideline (settlement):

Dependants

Partners of Tier 1 (General) - highly skilled worker migrants are eligible to apply for settlement at the same time as the migrant, provided they have lived with their partners in the United Kingdom for a minimum of two years before applying for settlement.
