Thank you.. Yes I do earn more than that. Will apply before the fee goes up..Casa wrote: ↑Mon Dec 03, 2018 7:19 pmYour wife and children will be issued with a limited leave to remain visa for 2.5 years, after which they will have to apply for a further 2.5 year extension before qualifying for settlement (ILR).
Do you earn a minimum of £24,800 p.a ?
The visa fees are currently £1,523 per applicant.
In addition to the visa fees you will also have to pay the NHS Surcharge of £600 each (expected to increase shortly to £1,200 each).
Sure.. Thank you.. She competed her A1 already.. Will book her TB test soon.. Do you I need to provide the accommodation details in UK or Maintance funds would sufficeCasa wrote: ↑Mon Dec 03, 2018 7:44 pmIf things go as predicted, you may only have until the 18th December to submit the application before the NHS Surcharge increases.
Bear in mind that your wife needs A1 level English from an UKVI approved test provider, unless she has a degree taught in English which requires a NARIC ELA (Red Route).
Your wife also requires a TB certificate issued by a UKVI approved test centre.
Don't rush the application in order to beat the increase in costs as there are numerous documents which need to be submitted in order to avoid a costly refusal.

I think yes you can but if the IHS gets increased before you submit the online application then you may have to pay the difference.
