1.How long is the wait after Biometrics taken No one can confirm the timescale.
2.Does it mean with Refugee settlement you can’t go to your home country as before. You risk your refugee status being revoked. Why would you return to country from which you've sought refuge
3. If you overstayed for just a month after your visa expired is that regarded as bad character when applying for Naturalisation ? In order for anyone to advise you, you'll have to give your full immigration history in the UK.
Home office is blind, I know so many who are traveling frequently after getting ILR and British passport to their home countries from which they have sought refuge even most of them are my family members and they have never been stopped.livbrown wrote: ↑Sun Nov 11, 2018 5:08 amHello everyone . One of the family member is planning to go in January once she gets citizenship.
Immigration system is a joke.
I think laws are only for PBS applicants. Refugees are exempt.

Triggers that lead to a review of refugee status
Where someone has refugee status, revocation action can be taken at any time if there is sufficient evidence to justify such action. This could be:
•during the initial period of limited leave
•after their leave has expired pending a decision on any settlement application
•whist the refugee has indefinite leave to remain (ILR)
It is possible to consider revocation on one or more grounds and any criminality by the individual or any dependants should lead to a review of the case
to consider whether revocation action is appropriate.
The following is not an exhaustive list of triggers. Where there are any concerns about a grant of refugee status, caseworkers should discuss the case with a Senior Caseworker or Technical Specialist
.
Return to country of origin or obtaining a passport.
This will usually indicate voluntary re-availment and may lead to revocation under Paragraph 339A(i)-(vi)
.
