Do you have any criminal convictions either in the UK or overseas (you must include spent and unspent convictions as well as traffic offences)?

Does a past immigration offence count? For example over staying vis in the UK, being caught, then absconding? Is this a criminal conviction?

Its immigration offence instead criminal and usually all forms has got a section where it need to state honestly.
