Any changes to ILR for Tier-2 general visa holders

Post by thandunaresh » Mon Dec 03, 2018 2:21 pm

Hello all,

I am on Tier-2 visa and hoping to apply for ILR in Feb 2020.

Is BREXIT going to have any impact on the ILR for Tier-2 general visa holders? I am asking this question because someone said this is EU law!

Thanks,
Naresh

Brexist DOES NOT affect UK Immigration visas. It is relevant to EU citizens and their families!!!

Thanks for responding.

I had this doubt because I thought as soon as Brexit happens all the immigration rules inherited from EU can be changed.

Thanks,
Naresh

Tier 2 is not an 'EU Law'. It is a UK immigration rule and has nothing to do with the EU.
