5 year PR application but renewed passport this year

Hi,

So another question. I've been here since 2009 with EU husband. Stamps from 2009 and 2014 were in my old passport. Just renewed this past august and the 2004 stamp was transferred to my new passport by GNIB with expiration date august, 2019.

I'm almost(!) done getting my documents ready for EU family permanent residency (EUMFAM3 form) but wondering if I need to send a photocopy of my current passport only or both passports as the old passport shows the stamp?
