April.Today after 4pm i contacted HO,one man picked to say not possible to say b4 10 weeks,then i told him about my case ,last week my caseworker contacted me etc,then he asked ref no and date of birth,after that only he checked and told me that it posted today.Then i kep on checking in royal mail site.Finally after 5.30 it showed the status of my special delivery 9AM package.
Hope i will get the documents back by 9Am..

Well looks like you haven't learnt in the previous two rounds, so let's give a try yet again:

1. You know you never deposited your salary in the bank but you want others to tell you whether you need bank statements or not.

but i dont have bank statement, because i never deposit my salary in bank

What purpose will any answer solve when there is no way you can produce bank statements as evidence??

2. You can't still determine whether tax documents can (or cannot) be used in your case even though you have supposedly read through the paragraph which mentions that " ... that tax documents are usually produced at the end of a fixed tax period and will therefore not show the entire period for which the applicant is claiming previous earnings unless they exactly mirror the period claimed."

in my country the tax year is September to September, and my job period is from August 05 to December 06

You can use the tax documents as evidence only if the income claim period is Sep-Sep. and if this Sep-Sep period falls in the 15 month window. Isn't that simple enough??

3. Inspite of already being advised that NARIC letter or letter from University might not be sufficient and that you should use the self-assessment tool to check if your degree from Preston University meets the English Language Requirements, you haven't bothered to do so. All you want is someone to tell you that you do/don't need to take english exam.

so it means that i have to do an English Language Course

If self-assessment tool says that you meet the language requirements through your qualification, you don't need to write any exam. But if it doesn't list your qualification as meeting the requirement, then go book an exam. Simple, isn't it ??

Hi, Notty,

I have recently applied for TIER1 being on IGS (formally known as SEGS) via an imigrant consultant. He told me that there is absolutly no time limits on IGS before applying to TIER1. The only issue is to gain enough points to be eligible for TIER1.

Your friend can show earnings form any country, but keep in mind there are different conversion rates for different coutnries (refer to Guidance Notes).

And if TIER1 is rejected for any reason, Home Office never cancels current valid immigration status.

Thanks a ton to all for keeping the spirit high during the anxious moments of wait. Hi friends,
Just received a call from my consultant and he mentions that he has received my documents today morning, after approval and stamping. Thanks a ton to all for keeping the spirit high during the anxious moments of wait. Hope those still waiting will get the good news soon and don't get moved by the "10 months wait period" message from HO as I was told the same when I called up today morning.

Credit card charged: 23-Apr-08
Reference Number received by post: 23-Apr-08(date on letter)
Status Update on 21-May-05: "Application is in checking stages and can hear something by end of this week or early next week
Passport Stamped:Done
Documents received :03-Jun-08
Decision : Approved

I will publish the exact stamping and approval dates as soon as I collect the docs from my consultant.

hi Hussein I think we still got to wait atleast 2 weeks before we hear from them. I called HO today as 28 days are over, they won't tell me the status before 10 weeks so I guess just got to wait and start checking royal mail website towards end of next week.

I applied on 22nd april .Today after 4pm i contacted HO,one man picked to say not possible to say b4 10 weeks,then i told him about my case ,last week my caseworker contacted me etc,then he asked ref no and date of birth,after that only he checked and told me that it posted today.Then i kep on checking in royal mail site.Finally after 5.30 it showed the status of my special delivery 9AM package.
Hope i will get the documents back by 9Am..

but r u sure that after IGS u can show the earnings from home country. lets suppose if sombody on IGS for 6 months or 1 yr, and he decides to move to Tier1, he can show previous earnings from home country.
will HO not going to say that u r on IGS (can work full time) then y u r showing home country income, while u r eligible to work here so y u r not working here.

I have recently applied for TIER1 being on IGS (formally known as SEGS) via an imigrant consultant. He told me that there is absolutly no time limits on IGS before applying to TIER1. The only issue is to gain enough points to be eligible for TIER1.

Your friend can show earnings form any country, but keep in mind there are different conversion rates for different coutnries (refer to Guidance Notes).

And if TIER1 is rejected for any reason, Home Office never cancels current valid immigration status.

one of my friend is going to apply for tier 1.
He is on IGS at the moment.

1) he wants to ask that after IGS is there any time limit that he can apply after that much time or he can apply any time after IGS.??

2) after IGS he can show earnings from his original country or he should has to show income from UK.??

3) GOD forbid if he got rejected for Tier 1 than his IGS status would remain same or not.????
