hey there i just want to know that can a deported person come to uk after getting married to british national ?

You can marry and then your wife can sponsor you via settlement visa. But most likely your application will be refused due to 10 year ban. Doesn't matter if you marry a British.

Have you legally got divorce certificate for your first wife now?
