Hi everybody,
I've got my HSMP approval letter and I need some help and guidance from you guys to get the second part of the application sorted.
I've read the documentation and so far have understood and
- completed the payment details section
- completed the applicant's details section
- completed the tier 1 general section
- completed the maintenance section
- completed section 5 and specified that I've enclosed 1 passport
On the summary section, it says
"Please complete the summary sheet below listing the points the applicant has claimed and the documentation provided.
Applicants must provide the required evidence as specified in this application form and the Tier 1 (General) of the
Points Based System - Policy Guidance. Failure to submit required evidence is likely to lead to refusal of the application."
and its got:
Points Scoring Area; Points Claimed; and Documents Provided (please list)
I'm making an application under tier 1 for leave to remain with an approved HSMP letter and the guidance says that I don't need to complete the attributes section on the form as the points will be automatically awarded. What should I write on this section? any advice?
Also, can you let me know that the evidence I'm sending is correct please?
- Bank statement for 1 month to show I've got £800 as I'll be making this application before teh 29th of June
