You won't be eligible to apply in 2019 because your Stamp 4 EUFAM was revoked by INIS.humtumpyr wrote: ↑Sun Dec 02, 2018 10:48 amHi Guys,
I got 6 month Eu fam visa from 2014 Aug - Feb 2015 , In 2015, then I got five year of visa based on EU fam from 2015-2020. On July 2016, I got a letter stating that your visa revoked because your spouse not exercising in the state. By God Grace, In October 2016, they allowed me to apply work permit. Since 2016 September, I am on work permit.
In 2019, I will be eligible for applying citizenship if they count my visa since 2014 to 2019.
My question is do they take my revoked visa into consideration despite of they revoked my visa on July 2016 while applying citizenship or do they won't count the visa from the year 2015 to revoked letter July 2016?
Please let me know.
Thanks.

You really shouldn't trust the advice of a stranger on a forum like this. You have no idea what their motivation is for providing you with that solicitor's name. Make sure you do your own research before you give anyone money for assistance!Johni wrote: ↑Tue May 28, 2019 3:43 pmHi obie, I know we can't write solicitor firm name on this forum but if he write solicitor name or just first or last name instead of full name.this forum is to help each other or to get information in immigration matters.if he wants to help me, he should be allowed for this.
Thanks humtumpyr for your response. If you can send me solicitor first or last name instead of firm name. Thanks
And to add to this, if most lawyers have a similar price that you can find on Google, would you not raise any suspicion if someone gives you a name that is 75% cheaper than others? Maybe the intention of the other member is good, but how much can they vouch for a lawyer that they barely know themselves?DanaMarie wrote: ↑Tue May 28, 2019 3:59 pmYou really shouldn't trust the advice of a stranger on a forum like this.
